Brad Pitt´s Champagne will top the bill at the Oscars

Hollywood’s star’s highly-rated rosé to be served at the event for the second year running.

While he may have been overlooked for an Oscar nomination for Babylon this year and his presence at the event on March 13 is not yet assured, Brad Pitt will be at the Dolby Theatre in one way or another.

For the second year running, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Best Supporting Actor winner will have his Champagne served to guests, the pink Fleur de Miraval available during the ceremony and at the official afterparty, the Governors Ball.

Before 2022, Piper-Heidsieck was the official Oscars Champagne, but Pitt’s brand proved popular last year, feted on its release in 2020 as the only Champagne house devoted exclusively to rosé. Pitt owns Château Miraval in Provence, with his Champagne brand a collaboration with two winemaking families: the Perrins of Château de Beaucastel in the Rhône and the Péters who have produced Champagne for six generations.

Fleur de Miraval is made from a blend of 75 per cent Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and 25 per cent Pinot Noir, aged for three years.
