The alcohol-free spirits from CleanCo take center stage. Founded in 2019 by British entrepreneur and Guinness World Record holder Spencer Matthews, CleanCo has grown into one of the world's leading producers of alternatives to classic spirits like gin, tequila, whiskey, and rum. Matthews, who happens to be the brother-in-law of Pippa Middleton, collaborated with Mickael Perron, Head of Bar at The Lanesborough, to create three exclusive cocktails.
The mouthfeel and flavor of the three signature cocktails are truly impressive. Even if you're not participating in Dry January, you may find yourself tempted to try one of these alcohol-free creations thanks to their stunning presentation. Among the offerings is the No-groni, made with CleanCo Clean G 0.0% Gin, Lanesborough rosemary and thyme herbal extract stirred over ice, combined with alcohol-free Aperitif Rosso and alcohol-free Martini Vibrante. Another option is the Clean Thyme Traveller, featuring alcohol-free CleanCo Whisky, freshly pressed carrot and passion fruit juice, thyme syrup, and a matcha tea foam layer. Or perhaps the Clean Island Dream might catch your eye, crafted with alcohol-free rum shaken with lychee, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and mango juice.
