3-ingredient chocolate mousse

A light and airy chocolate mousse that only needs three ingredients and can be prepared in no time.

Ingredients
150 g Dark chocolate
250 g Heavy cream
120 g Powdered sugar
  • Heat the cream for about a minute in the microwave or on the stove until it is hot but not boiling.
  • Pour the warm cream over the coarsely chopped chocolate and mix everything thoroughly until you have a smooth, even mixture. Leave the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
  • While the chocolate is cooling, whip the remaining cream in a separate bowl until it forms soft peaks.
  • Then carefully fold the powdered sugar into the whipped cream.
  • Now carefully fold the cream-sugar mixture into the cooled chocolate-cream mixture. The result is a wonderfully airy chocolate mousse.
  • Pour the finished mousse into glasses before serving and chill for at least an hour so it sets nicely.
