For the smoothie:

Ingredients (4 servings)
2 Apples
1 beet
1 Pineapple
200 ml Coconut water
700 ml Orange juice
1 teaspoon(s) Turmeric
  1. Wash the apples, pat dry, remove the stems and cores, and cut into chunks. Peel the beet and dice it. Trim the pineapple, peel, remove the core, and cut into cubes.

  2. Add the apple, beet, and pineapple to a blender along with the coconut water, orange juice, and turmeric. Blend until smooth and creamy.
