Ingredients (4 servings)
1/2 Pineapple
1/2 Cucumber
6 Nectarines
3 leaves Mint
1/2 teaspoon(s) Fennel seeds
1 teaspoon(s) Olive oil
some Salt
500 ml Water

Preparation:

  1. Remove the pineapple skin and core, then cut the fruit into small cubes.

  2. Peel the nectarines and remove the pits.

  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your refreshing smoothie.
