Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Spicy, earthy on the nose with freshly harvested field cucumber and carrot. Initially savoury on the palate, followed by sweet notes of meadowsweet. Medium length.
