Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Complex and distinctly savoury on the nose, clove, cinnamon, fresh oak, with clear Williams pear fruit, reminiscent of whisky. Round and soft on the palate with a certain astringency in the long, woody finish.
