Naturbelassen, im Holzfass gereift. Über 5 Jahre im Naturkeller der Familie Urs Hecht. Diese Barrique Brände werden nur in den besten Früchtejahren hergestellt. Auserwählte Früchte spezieller Terrain werden von Hand gelesen und nach dem Brennen für mehr als fünf Jahre in 225 Liter Barriquefässern gelagert. Diese naturbelassenen Brände sind ein Genuss für Nase und Gaumen. Ein Produkt für Kenner und Geniesser.

Intense, expansive nose: sweet fruit, intense grown-up notes, some caramel and tobacco nuances, with almost floral savourinesss behind it. Very soft and harmonious on the palate. Again shows a sweet world of fruit and savouriness and is pleasantly dry. Lingers for a very long time.
