Heida Veritas, eine Weißweintraube aus jahrhundertealten Reben, die auf dem höchsten Weinberg Europas im Walliser Dorf Visperterminen angebaut wurden. Der Traubentrester wird mit der alten Grapperia bei Urs Hecht in Gunzwil zu einem einzigartigen Veritas-Trester destilliert. Anschliessend über mehrere Jahre im Holzfass ausgebaut. Es hat ein aromatisches Aroma und ist am Gaumen sehr reich mit einem angenehmen Nachgeschmack.

Some quince and light stone fruit on the nose, spruce-like spiciness and nuances of candied citrus fruit, framed by a clear pomace aroma, rather subtle wood savouriness. Sweet and soft on the palate, again with intense fruit, honey notes and aniseed-like savouriness. Lingers for a long time.
