Unser Merlot Traubentrester stammt aus dem sonnigen Tessin. Ausgesuchte Weingüter bilden die Ausgangslage für unseren würzigen Traubenbrand. Der Trester wird hier in Gunzwil mit unserer alten Grapperia destilliert und anschliessend in speziellen Barriques gelagert. Ist sehr typisch, sauber aromatisch im Bouquet. Ein sehr gradliniger langer Abgang.

Beautiful balance of spice and fruit on the nose: almost plum-like stone fruit nuances, some pear integrated into a clear marc aroma, plus clear, fresh oak spice. Slightly sweet and decidedly mild on the palate. Fruity again with and concise spice notes on the very long finish.
