Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Fresh on the nose, notes of mushrooms and wormwood come through. The aniseed note comes to the fore on the palate, especially when mixed with water. Strong finish.
