San Salvatore 1988 is more than just a farm. It is an open-air laboratory, a project dedicated to the vision of a new Cilento. In this vision, the care of the terroir, respect for tradition and the ethics of sustainable management are on an equal footing. A journey to discover the farm begins at the Tyrrhenian Sea and leads past the ancient temples of Paestum, over the hills of Giungano to the mountains of Stio in the heart of the Cilento National Park - in areas that have never been touched by intensive cultivation.
