Elegant, sparkling straw yellow with a golden sheen. Complex nose, beeswax and lime blossom, orange zest and salted lemon as well as a hint of blossom honey. Harmonious and elegant on the palate, calm, juicy acidity structure, long, delicately spicy finish.
