The red wine Omaggio a Grillo Dorfles Paestum IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery San Salvatore 1988 has been rated in 2026 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Aglianico from the region Campania in Italy.
Deep garnet red with a slightly brightening rim. Very promising and complex on the nose, with aromas of rum pot, chocolate, tobacco, liquorice, vanilla and fig jelly. On the palate, dense body, soft tannins and well-integrated wood notes form a harmonious whole with a long finish, has potential.
