Tasting Notes
Brilliant copper colour. Red-fruity aroma of preserved cherries, orange confit, rosehip and delicate brioche notes. Balanced, structured interplay of sweetness and acidity with red-fruity undertones on the palate and subtle phenolic hints. Good length in the finely tart finish with salted caramel in the aftertaste.
