Tasting Notes
Lots of yeast on the nose, but also liquorice, hay and straw flowers. A supple, round attack is followed by a compact, fresh palate structure: the mousse is fine and persistent, the vital acidity is well integrated and balanced by a vivid sweetness. The finish reveals a fine, complex spiciness. Appetising, and a good accompaniment to food - perhaps even to a poultry curry?
