It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Behind its yeasty façade, the nose hints at nectarine, black pepper, pear and mint. In the mouth, a crisp acidity leads the way, flanked by a hint of sweetness and a softly rolling, yet dynamic and savoury mousse.
