Pale golden yellow, orange-pink reflections. Fresh nose, notes of tropical fruit, ripe citrus fruit, some apple and white flowers, yeasty nuances in the background. Pleasantly fresh and slightly sweet on the palate. Very fine mousse, rather restrained acidity. Also fresh in the juicy finish, which ensures high drinkability.
