The crémant »Nothing left to lose«, vintage 2020 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2022 by Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
Restrained bouquet with notes of yellow apple, pineapple and kiwi. There are also floral notes and a hint of grapefruit and honey. Fresh acidity on the palate, fine mousse and subtle citrus fruit as well as yeasty nuances. Creamy, medium-long finish.
