The crémant Nothing left to lose, vintage 2019 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
Pale straw yellow. Rather subtle, elegant aroma with notes of ripe citrus fruits, fruit and summer flowers, with yeasty hints in the background. Pleasantly dry on the palate with beautiful juiciness, fine mousse and a refreshing, medium-long finish.
