Tasting Notes
Finest shimmering golden yellow colour. On the nose there is white peach, as well as yellow apple and lemongrass, with a touch of grapefruit. It is lively on the palate, with rich texture and minimal yeast notes. It is crisp and saline, with finesse and persistence, then a decidedly long finish.
More about the tastingBrilliant white gold with moderate mousse. On the nose white peach and yellow apple, reminiscent of white roses. The palate is very balanced with elegant and deliacte mousse, plays boldly with the tongue. Fresh fruit from start to finish, very coherent.
