Light, bright straw yellow. On the nose, fresh notes of lime, menthol, grapefruit and peach, hints of flowering gorse. Animating and pleasantly fresh and juicy on the palate, the well-integrated acidity dances across the palate, with well defined flavours and a pleasantly fruity finish.
