Bright straw yellow with a sparkling core. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, with subtle notes of herbs, oyster shells and citrus fruits after a little aeration in the glass. A certain saltiness on the palate, the fruit remains clearly in the background, appears somewhat quiet overall, does not really come out of the glass.
