Bright, light gold with persistent mousse. On the nose subtle smoke and blood orange, tangerine, a breath of peach, then candied pineapple, very complex. Well balanced on the palate with salty touch, integrated mousse, very dry and elegant. Good served in a Burgundy glass.
More about the tastingIntense, bright straw yellow. Notes of baked apple and quince on the nose, a hint of varnish, then resinous tones. Shows a fine texture on the palate with a perky mousse, spreads out beautifully, juicy, good length.
