Brilliant orange-pink with a fine-core mousse. On the nose, sea salt, coconut flakes, raspberry cordial and a touch of peach, then slightly floral. Shows on the palate with fine honey notes. A well-integrated mousse, perky and juicy. A bone-dry course, yet with fruit interplay and a precise finish.
