Pale silver grey with a hint of straw yellow. Inviting nose, both fruity and mineral, notes of lemon, white peach, ripe pear, salt and white flowers. Fine texture on the palate with elegant fruit sweetness and an excellently integrated mousse. This wine spans a fine arc and drinks very well.
