Sparkling, rich ruby with garnet. Intense and appealing nose with pronounced notes of plums, ripe raspberry, licorice in the background. Opens on the palate with lots of taut, gripping tannins, sweet fruit melt, builds nicely, firm pressure on the finish, salty.
