The white wine Colore Toscana Bianco IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Bibi Graetz has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Inzolia from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, light golden yellow. Initially shows notes of flint and honeydew melon, then lots of chamomile, slightly iodine-salty components in the background. Shows very good tension on the palate, beautiful interplay between salty components and ripe yellow fruit, spreads out well, freshness and lots of drive on the finish.
