The white wine »Flurwerk« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Bio-Weingut Laudens Bach has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Similar to the other two "Flurwerklers", the Silvaner also shows yeasty notes, as well as a fine, bright fruit between pear and yellow apple. The slight hint of earthiness brings more savouriness to the palate, while the acidity is typically taut for this vintage.
