Bright, medium golden yellow. Fine roasted aromas, nutty hints, ripe yellow stone fruit notes, a hint of blossom honey. Somewhat powerful on the palate, ripe peach touch, integrated wood spice, mineral, good freshness, notes of apricot on the finish, subtle sweetness in the aftertaste, will benefit from some bottle ageing.
