Dark ruby colour with purple reflections and an ochre rim. Delicate herbal savouriness, nuances of cranberry and cherry, and fine fruits of the forest fruit. Full-bodied, with red berries and rich in finesse. With red sweet cherry, vivid tannins that still need some time and some nougat in the finish, it is salty and shows good freshness. A complex food companion with definite ageing potential.
