Deep ruby-garnet colour with purple reflections and a broad ochre rim. Delicate hints of red cherry, floral nuances, fine herbal savouriness and a hint of minerality. Full-bodied, elegant palate with fine fruit, a hint of cloves and mint. Good persistence, salty and with good length, it is a very elegant, already gluggable food companion. Great ageing potential.
