Tasting Notes
Dark berry fruit on the nose, some orange peel and herbal-savoury hints as well as fine roasted notes. Slender on the palate, wild berries and cherry, savoury finish.
More about the tastingSmoky wood, bacon, bitter chocolate, overtones of herbs. Dense, but also relaxed palate, high-quality fine-grained tannin, chalky-mineral tones and a rather "cool" palate fruit.
More about the tastingNoble, initially somewhat closed bouquet. The aromas of ripe, dark and red berries intensify over time. Very clear fruity notes, with subtle roasted aromas and a hint of rum pot. Elegant, polished and long on the palate. A wine that is still in its infancy.
