Complex bouquet with vivid herbal savouriness. Notes of lemon balm, thyme and eucalyptus. Hints of plum confit, sour cherry and raspberry. Elegant on the palate, with ripe, fresh acidity and aromas of cherry and dark berries. Ripe, slightly noticeable tannins and a long, spicy-fruity finish.
