Emphatically spicy aroma, smoked sausage, but also wild strawberry, yellow cherry, increasingly balsamic with air contact and at the same time a note of Ricola Swiss herbal sugar. Dense on the palate, with very fine tannins, the power of the wine remains hidden behind this fine extract, a lively, dense thread of acidity supports and gives length. Compact, still youthful, buttoned-up finish.
