Tasting Notes
Caramel notes indicate hints of oak, but mainly balsamic and savoury aromas of thyme, wormwood and menthol. Viscous on the palate and intense, mellow tannins not too fine or stemmy with compact acidity which balances the tension. Juicy with chalky minerality. This wine is still a baby - with many years of development potential for refinement ahead of it.
