The red wine Ramón Bilbao Reserva Rioja DOCa, vintage 2015 from the winery Bodegas Ramón Bilbao has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Tempranillo, Graciano, Carignan from the region Rioja Alta in Spain.
Wood savouriness on the nose, lead pencil and smoke, but also sour cherry and woodruff. Soft at the beginning, but then building up a mealy tannin drive more and more firmly, good juiciness, medium intensity of the palate fruit, still young, will develop into elegance.
