The sekt Pinot Cuvée brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Bürgerspital has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Pinot Noir from the region Franconia in Germany.
Deep, nuanced, fine yeasty notes, less fruity nose, a hint of fine vegetable notes. Round on the palate, a certain creaminess, fresh and finely juicy with an animating acidity structure. Yellow fruit, some citrus zest, delicate bitter nuances, tapering towards the end and becoming fresher and more focused.
