Burgundian on the nose, savoury with only a very restrained woody note. A delicate tannin, plenty of juice and a cultivated acid nerve appear in the mouth, the elegance is underpinned by a layer of mineral notes. A gastronomic type of Pinot Noir, with display birds or mushroom dishes.
