Vibrant, bright pink. Inviting and emphatically fruity on the nose, characterised by fresh raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by fine citrus notes. The flavours are clear and intense, with a pleasant freshness. Again very fresh on the palate, light fermentation, slightly coarse mousse.
