Tasting Notes
Brilliant salmon pink colour. Aromas of tangerine, ripe cherry, a hint of elderberry, then salty undertones. On the palate an elegant fruit texture, again orange and tangerine tones, very vivid and juicy, and with great breadth. It is a rosé by the book.
More about the tastingBrilliant, deep salmon pink. Fragrant and appealing nose of fresh raspberry and strawberry, candied cherry, then a hint of Parmesan crust and cinchona bark. Remarkably well balanced on the palate, developing elegantly, good length with a harmonious, crisp finish.
