Brilliant straw yellow with a fine-grained mousse. Delicate bouquet, with hints of white flowers and yellow stone fruit, plus a mineral touch. More accessible on the palate, with clear fruit on a creamy mousse and medium length.

Fine lactic tones on the nose at the beginning, then elegant with candied citrus fruit and crisp orchard fruits; slightly like wet stone, inviting. Balanced and savoury on the palate, with great pronounced fruit and a pleasantly airy finish. Already drinking well.
