Medium straw yellow with light reflections and persistent mousse. Elegant and fine aroma of pear and fragrant quince, garden herbs and a light yeasty note on the nose. On the palate there is a deep structure, well-integrated mousse, fresh and juicy with a long finish, ending with an aroma of citrus fruit.
