The franciacorta Arcadia Millesimato Brut Franciacorta DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Lantieri de Paratico has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with a delicate olive green touch. Opens on the nose on delicate smokey notes, lightly reminiscent of kindling, then a lot of salt and pastry, minimal yeast tones, reverberating grapefruit and orange blossom. On the palate there is a fine texture, juicy, opens harmoniously with a well integrated mousse, good acidity and sun ripened fruit.
