Clear golden yellow with a fine-grained, persistent mousse. Medium intensity on the nose, notes of yellow stone fruit, underpinned by subtle yeast aromas and mineral notes. It has a wide range of flavours on the palate, with palate-filling must, subtle fruit sweetness and supporting acidity.
