Bright straw yellow with light reflections and persistent mousse. Very elegant and ripe on the nose, with aromas of apple, peach and apricot, slightly smoky and a hint of salted lemon in the background. Juicy and very fruity on the palate, well-balanced, fine mousse and ripe apple aromas on the finish.
