The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Castello di Fonterutoli has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Sangiovese from the region Chianti in Italy.
Bright ruby with a delicate garnet rim. Very clear and open nose of raspberry, some plum, lots of black cherry, appealing. Very juicy and polished on the palate, opens with a lot of vivid fruit, shows beautiful play, fine-grained tannin, good tension.
