Intense, dark ruby-garnet color. Opens on the nose with notes of cinnamon and cocoa, dried porcini mushrooms, then lots of dark berries. Hearty and gripping on the palate, with beautiful fruit and good melting on the front, unfolds with grippy, still somewhat rough tannins, still needs ageing, but has good potential.
