Light yellow-green, fresh mousseux. Ripe white fruit nuances, a hint of cookie, a hint of green almonds, nuances of grapefruit zest, chalky touch. Material, light-footed, racy structure, lemony touch, firm and persistent, green apple, citrus and some cookie, pleasant salinity on the finish.
