Tasting Notes
Ripe Red Delicious apple, a hint of hawthorn blossom and freshly baked brioche on the nose. The palate is a picture of toned, supple muscle, not flexed but relaxed. There is a gentleness here, a sense of serenity, of completeness. Concentration is evident in the texture, supported by superfine mousse. Sinuousness and suppleness characterise everything, there is flow, there is grace, there is incredible depth and such subtle length and indelible freshness. Evolution is only evident in the endless finish. A monument.
